POST-TEST ACTIVITY:

Before proceeding to the post-test, you must complete the following activity: 

• Devise an age specific lesson plan to help children make better choices regarding their basic nutritional and physical activity needs 

• Complete the lesson plan in MS Word or WordPerfect format

  • 30 minute activity with 10 minutes of student reinforcement

• The following header should be incorporated for uniformity

  • Lesson Plan Name

  • Teacher/Administrator Name (Optional for publishing credit)

  • Licensure # (Required to match the lesson plan to the CEU credit)

  • School District Represented or Residential Child Care Facility Represented

  • Age of target population

  • Type of Lesson Plan (Nutrition or activity related)

• Provide an age specific pre- and post-test for the lesson plan

• Provide and answer key for the tests

• Provide a bibliography for the resources utilized.  Available hyperlinks are appreciated by users

• Email the activity file to : Education Training Module Activity files

• Lesson plans will be made available to all teachers via the Nevada Wellness Training Web Course portal
