Dedicated to advancing scientific knowledge and understanding to improve public health, ILSI developed this interactive website to provide a classroom based physical activity program for K – 5 grade students.  The program integrates academic learning objectives (in language arts, math, social studies, science and health) with movement and was created by teachers for teachers and students.
