Teachers can utilize a meal calendar to help lifestyle classes with meal planning, creating shopping lists, budgeting, and other activities of daily living.  The shopping list is a smart, time-saving tool that organizes trips to the grocery store.  Pop quizzes teach nutrition tidbits about food safety, chemical composition of food, as well as, vitamin and mineral sources in food. Teach kids how to search for great recipes, create their own cookbooks, or try one of these fun activities designed to teach them the importance of good nutrition and healthy eating.
